How It Works

Every project follows the same straightforward process. No surprises.

Step 1: Scoping call (free, 30 minutes)

We talk through what you need. I ask specific questions about your goals, your existing setup, and what success looks like. No pressure, no sales pitch.

Step 2: Written scope document

I send a document that names exactly what is included: pages, features, integrations, revision rounds, timeline, and ownership terms. You can ask questions or request changes before anything is agreed.

Step 3: Deposit and kickoff

Once the scope is agreed, a 50% deposit starts the project. I share a project brief confirming the timeline and milestone dates.

Step 4: Build

I build in one focused sprint. You get progress updates at agreed checkpoints, not silence for two weeks. Most projects complete in 10 to 14 days.

Step 5: Revision rounds

Three rounds of revisions are included. Each round: you give feedback, I implement it, you review. Changes outside the scope are quoted separately at the stated overage rate before any work is done.

Step 6: Handover

On final payment, you receive all credentials: hosting, domain registrar, code repository, and any third-party service accounts. Nothing is held back.

Step 7: Care period

For three months after launch, I monitor hosting and SSL, and include one hour of updates per month at no extra charge. Anything beyond that is quoted at the standard rate.
